These terms apply when you visit pearlpouches.com or buy from PRL Pouches ("PRL", "we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

PRL✦ pouches are cosmetic oral care products for whitening teeth by removing surface stains and freshening breath. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and don't replace brushing, flossing or dental care. Results vary. Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use and ask a dental professional if irritation occurs.

2. Founder reservations

A reservation is free and is not a purchase. It holds the founder price shown at the time you reserved for the pack size you chose, for one order, when the product launches. Founder prices are valid for the checkout link we email you and may expire if not used within the time stated in that email. We may change launch dates and will keep you updated by email.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, stock problems or a pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel before your next billing date from your account or by emailing hello@pearlpouches.com.

5. Discount and creator codes

Codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may expire. We may cancel codes that are misused or shared in ways that break our creator program rules.

6. Referrals

Referral rewards are for genuine new customers and reservations. We may withhold rewards for fake, duplicate or self-referrals.

7. Your content

If you tag us or use #PopAPearl, you agree we may reshare your post with credit. We'll ask first before using it in paid ads.

8. Intellectual property

The PRL✦ name, logo, "Pop a Pearl", our designs and site content belong to PRL Pouches. Please don't copy them without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your province.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless your province's consumer protection law says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
