Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping to the United States is coming soon.

Shipping cost

Orders under $35: $4.99 flat rate
Orders of $35 or more: free
Subscriptions: free

Processing time

Orders ship from Toronto within 1–3 business days. Founder reservations ship in the order they were placed once stock arrives, and we'll email you before we charge you.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 2–8 business days with tracking. Remote and northern addresses can take longer.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't picked up, we'll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@pearlpouches.com and we'll sort it out.

Duties and taxes

Orders ship within Canada, so there are no duties. Applicable GST/HST/PST is shown at checkout.
